Day 1: Arrival in Shimla – Gateway to the Himalayas

Day 2: Shimla – Narkanda – Sangla

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Failure to make payment on time may result in booking cancellation.

  • Any changes to your booking (dates, number of travelers, etc.) must be requested at least 7 days before departure. Additional charges may apply.

  • It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they meet all visa requirements. We are not responsible for visa rejections.

  • Requests for special arrangements (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessible services) must be made when booking. We will make every effort to accommodate but cannot guarantee fulfillment.

  • The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen weather, transportation issues, or local regulations. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.

  • Travelers must inform us of any health conditions or concerns at the time of booking. By booking, you confirm you are fit to participate in the tour activities.

Payment Terms

  • To confirm your booking, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the departure date.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, online payment gateways, etc.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, your booking may be canceled, and any deposit paid may be forfeited.

  • In case of a booking made well in advance, installment payments may be arranged. Please contact us for detailed payment plans.

  • Payments must be made in INR.

  • The initial deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • All payments will be confirmed with an email receipt. Please ensure to keep a copy of the payment receipt for your records.

  • Any fluctuations in currency rates will be reflected in the final amount payable.
